Alcatel-Lucent bouncing back?

The telecom equipment maker Alcatel-Lucent announced on Wednesday it has won an eight-year contract with Reliance Communications, India’s third largest carrier to manage and service Reliance’s mobile and fixed networks in southern and eastern India.
