Gruesome train crash in South Africa kills 19 At least 300 people have been injured in a collision between two commuter trains in South Africa. The accident, between a moving and a stationary train, happened in a suburb west of the capital Pretoria. The rail authority thinks the theft of signalling cables and human error caused the crash.
