The Miami Heat enjoyed a narrow three point victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday evening to complete their fourth sweep in five seasons since losing to their Texan rivals in the 2011 NBA Finals.

Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki had a challenging first half on home court, but bounced back with 20 of his 28 points after halftime to lead Dallas.

But on the other side, Miami had Chrish Bosh and Dwayne Wade to inflict the damage.

Bosh hit a team high 20 points while Wade recovered from the worst shooting half of his career to land 18 points.

One year on from a career-threatening bout with blood clots on his lung, a rejuvenated Bosh is back to being Mr. Reliable for the Heat as they keep their play off hopes alive.

Nowitzki kept the game close as the clock ticked towards full time but Raymond Felton’s missed three-pointer just before the buzzer left Miami celebrating a 93-90 victory.
