Portugal entertain Hungary in their World Cup qualifier on Saturday night in a rematch of their encounter at Euro 2016.

Back then the Hungarians gave the Portuguese an almighty scare and almost eliminated them from the tournament but Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo and his team proved they can mix it up and win ugly.

Nevertheless, the European champions will be seeking a comprehensive victory to help avoid the play-offs. They’re currently second in Group B with nine points from four games, three behind leaders Switzerland

In Group A, leaders France will expect to extend their unbeaten run with victory over Luxembourg who are 135th in Fifa’s rankings. Holland face a tricky tie away to Bulgaria while Sweden take on Belarus in the early kick-off.

And in Group H, leaders Belgium hosts Greece hoping to stretch their advantage in the fight for the automatic qualification spot for Russia 2018.
