Tensions run high in Tacna as Peruvian police block dozens of migrants attempting to pass into Peru.
The migrants, who have been stranded on the border for weeks, lived in Chile but are now trying to leave after the country tightened migration controls.
In response, Peru decreed a state of emergency at their southern borders and ordered the deployment of troops to block undocumented migrants coming from Chile.
