Nigar Mammadova, Director of the DOST Centre for Inclusive Development and Creativity, emphasises the importance of inclusivity in society, especially for vulnerable groups such as low-income families and people with disabilities.

The DOST Centre, the first and largest of its kind in the South Caucasus, develops the skills and creative potential of nearly 180 current beneficiaries in 14 creative disciplines, including sports, dance, music and culinary arts.

The Centre's approach emphasises practical engagement, with beneficiaries participating in concert programmes, masterclasses and public performances, supported by psychological support and creative training. This holistic model not only promotes personal development, but also facilitates social reintegration.

Mammadova emphasises the centre's commitment to ensuring that the voices of all community members are heard. The centre actively involves its beneficiaries in environmental protection efforts. They have created art from recycled materials, which has been showcased in exhibitions and events such as the Take Care of the Earth project, which included a fashion show and concert.

This initiative underscores the centre's commitment to inclusive environmental advocacy and demonstrates how sustainability can be integrated with social justice. Mammadova invites everyone to contribute to building a more inclusive and just society.
