The Finnish government has approved a migration law which enables border guards to block migrants from entering the country. A move seen by many civil society organisations as legalisation of so-called 'pushbacks'.

Is Finland violating international law with its new migration bill that allows for migrants to be stopped at its borders in 'exceptional' circumstances?

Radio Schuman discussed the issue with Euronews' journalist Jorge Liboreiro, who explained how the new law works and what is most controversial about it.
