Central Asian cultural traditions have received international recognition as the ancient bowed instrument Kobyz and the traditional nomadic Yurt shared across Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan have been added to UNESCO’s Lists of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
